  You get what you pay for and apparently we paid for a room full of cockroaches. I spent 6 months backpacking in asia in the cheapest hostels and never saw this many cockroaches in one room. It's also very hot in the rooms as the windows open into the corridor.

  Clean enough but as is often the case the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Water lukewarm, bathroom floor always wet , shower rose blocked.

  It's a relatively new facility, even though water is the major problem in Mekele we didn't face shortage of water at any time. The major drawback in room 13 was the room's window opens to the corridor, therefore ventilation is poor, and the room is also darker.
