  Excellent & professional service as a tour operator in Ethiopia. Zelalem organized a historic tour for us that was well planned, with outstanding guides in Bahir Dar and Lalibela. Their attention to detail is impeccable and their friendly demeanor adds to the overall result. We hope to return to Ethiopia and will definitely do it with Zelalem!

  I needed a car for couple of days. I made a call to compare the rates. Lady on the phone was so unprofessional. I didn't even know when she handed the phone to her colleague in the middle of our conversation. The new lady was just as bad too... no phone etiquette at all. Horrible!
