  Helpful and knowledgable administrative and nursing staff. Excellent doctors. Cared for as a whole person and not just as a number in a queue. They even worked hard to ensure my expenses were covered by my insurance on my behalf! Above and beyond regular clinics and definitely the best option in Addis.

  Excellent full medical service for my family. I don't know why you blame the whole service because of one nurse behavior.

  Would have loved to rate them way below one but i guess...so so so surprised to see the positive feedback here. despicable bunch of nurses who tarnish the profession they are very unprofessional, rude and mean. All I could think was that they were constantly trying to remind that locals are not welcome there even if they can afford it...I seriously had better experiences at the most crowded and over populated health centers around Addis.
