  It's a good hotel in a great location. Only problem is internet, it's problematic and breakfast service could be improved

  Clean and comfortable room with wonderful service. My first night, a drunken man from Equatorial Guinea was hanging out in the lobby and said something rude to me. The employee at the front desk saw what happened and called me later to personally apologize to me (though it was absolutely not her fault). I felt that throughout my stay every single staff member made it their business to ensure that I was happy and having a good time in Addis Ababa. A truly professional and dedicated team in a beautiful hotel close to the city's main attractions.

  Great hotel. Helpful staff. Very clean. Spacious room. Comfortable robes. Nice festive bar. Great restaurant in walking distance.
