  Had a Deep Tissue Massage for an hour for 500 birr. It's good.

  Went to the spa with 2 other friends. Had a great pedicure. 2 of us had made an appointment for a massage. We waited for over 40 minutes and finally just left. When I'd ask the front girls how much longer and why we were waiting for so long - all they could say was sorry and 10 more minutes. Bad scheduling and customer service. My friend tried the facial and it was the worst she has had. She was drenched. I guess I had too high of expectations for this place. It was a disappointment for us.

  Sad to see this place is going down, I went to get my hair done and after set I expect blow dry! Lady came over and said no one is trained to do blow dry only use straighten And she insists for me to do straighten my hair😫 ! Left without full complete😢

  Excellent service, great haircut, head massage. Interior design is a bliss. I knew and love the place, didn't get my hair cut before I traveled to Ethiopia just so that I could enjoy this.

  I used to be a satisfied regular customer for more than 5 years and used to love the professionalism and customer service but since my return after 2 years overseas, I noticed that the service has deteriorated and the customer care has become bad. Long waiting hours for no apparent reason (and no explanation); staff members loudly ‘fighting’; and less attention to detail. It’s as if the management has completely changed (and no one cares). Please get back to the previous standard so that we keep coming back for the same reasons, quality service and affordable price. Thanks!
